Castrén & Snellman Article on Restructuring in Finland

Pauliina Tenhunen, Salla Suominen and Christer Svartström have written an article on restructuring in Finland for The Restructuring Review (8th Edition, published by Law Business Research Ltd). The publication covers 28 jurisdictions worldwide.

The purpose of the review is ‘to help general counsel, government agencies and private practice lawyers understand the conditions prevailing in the global restructuring market in 2015 and 2016’. It also highlights some of the significant legal developments and trends in recent years.
