As a senior associate, Vepsä specialises in advising clients on the structuring, promotion and management of all types of investment funds, be that regulated or unregulated structures, including private equity funds, real estate funds, infrastructure/real assets funds, UCITS funds, hedge funds and ETFs.
He is currently writing a doctoral dissertation at the University of Tampere on the regulation of variable-capital investment funds established as companies. He actively takes part in academic debate in his field. This is the second article Vepsä has published this year.
