Castrén & Snellman Joins Responsible Employer Campaign

We have joined the Oikotie Responsible Employer campaign because we want to continue to develop ourselves as a responsible employer. The Responsible Employer campaign is Finland’s most comprehensive working life responsibility campaign and is intended to help promote responsible practices in Finnish working life together with employers.

The employers participating in the campaign have committed to developing six principles for responsible employers:

1. Non-discrimination
2. Work-life balance and wellbeing
3. Investing in supervisor work
4. Meaningfulness of work and professional development
5. Fair pay
6. A good application experience
