According to Finland’s most respected employer survey, Universum Professionals 2021, Castrén & Snellman is Finland’s most attractive law firm employer for the seventh year in a row. This year, the firm rose two positions to eighth place in the legal sector. C&S remained the only law firm in the top ten.

Universum Professionals 2021 Survey: Castrén & Snellman Holds Position as Professionals’ Most Popular Law Firm Employer
The respondents’ most popular legal sector employers were the Ministry of Justice, the courts and KONE Corporation.
A total of 227 legal professionals participated in the annual survey, which was carried out from November 2020 to August 2021.
Castrén & Snellman has also done well in Universum’s student surveys. C&S has been Finnish law students’ ideal law firm employer for 13 years running, and this year we were ranked as the most attractive employer in the entire for the first time ever.
