Eija Warma-Lehtinen and Jutta Nieminen Win Client Choice Awards 2022

Castrén & Snellman partner Eija Warma-Lehtinen and counsel Jutta Nieminen have been awarded in Lexology Client Choice Awards 2022. Both Eija and Jutta were the exclusive winners in Finland in their practice categories: Eija for Data Privacy & Protection and Jutta for Labour & Employment.

The Client Choice awards are given to the best law firm partners around the world who stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service. The awards are based on excellent client feedback. Uniquely, law firm partners can be nominated only by corporate counsel. This year’s winners were picked on the basis of over 2,500 client evaluations.

Clients are asked to rate individual lawyers and law firms on the following client service criteria: quality of legal advice, commercial awareness, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, value for money, responsiveness, effective communication, clarity of documentation, sharing of expertise, appropriate staffing, project management, use of technology, loyalty and ethics.
