We advised Incap Corporation and lead manager UB Securities Oy in a rights issue. The issue was oversubscribed and the company raised gross proceeds of approximately EUR 10.9 million. Trading with the new shares subscribed for in the issue commenced on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd today.
