Castrén & Snellman is representing a consortium consisting of Vantaa Energy, Infranode and Keva in their acquisition of Fortum’s district heating business in the Järvenpää-Tuusula region of Finland.
Vantaa Energy, Infranode and Keva will together fully own the district heating business in the Järvenpää-Tuusula region. The transaction was completed on 19 August 2020, and the joint venture established in the transaction, Vantaan Energia Keski-uusimaa Oy, has begun operations.
