We advised Ålandsbanken Abp in the issue of SEK 300 million Additional Tier 1 (AT1) Capital Notes. The instrument was issued on 24 March 2021 and listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. AT1 Capital Notes are perpetual and are calculated in the Additional Tier 1 capital of the bank under the EU’s Capital Requirements Regulation.
