Newil and Bau and Samla Capital – Sale of Two Residential Buildings in Helsinki

We advised Newil and Bay Oy and Samla Capital Oy in the sale of two residential buildings to Kojamo plc in a five-building complex to be constructed in Lehtisaari, Helsinki.

The residential buildings to be built will have a living area of approximately 2,000 m2 and, when completed, they will become part of Kojamo’s Lumo brand. The buildings are estimated to be completed in early 2023.
