NREP – Residential Construction Project

We advised NREP in a residential construction project in which NREP, acting on behalf of one of its real estate funds, and Pohjola Rakennus Oy agreed on the construction of 137 apartments in the Lamminpää district of Tampere. The residential block comprises three three-to-five-storey apartment buildings, which form a part of a total of six residential blocks. The site is estimated to be completed by the end of 2023.
