We advised OP Corporate Bank plc in a real estate finance arrangement in which a newly-established affiliate of Sirius Capital Partners, a Finnish real estate investment manager, acquires a portfolio of 13 residential buildings, comprising more than 700 apartments in Finland. The seller is YIT, the largest construction company in Finland. The assets are acquired pre-construction at a pre-determined price and will be completed in 2022 and 2023.
