We assisted Sparc Group in its acquisition of the entire share capital of XaaSIT Oy, a Finnish company primarily offering cloud-based IT solutions with a strong focus on IT security.
Through the acquisition, Sparc Group enhances its position within the IT security sector in the Nordics.
