About me
I have worked with matters related to public procurement and competition law since the mid-1990s. EU law and administrative law perspectives are a daily part of my job. The best thing about my job is the chance to create solutions that are legally strong, account for environmental factors and social issues, and promote innovation. I enjoy operating in the interface between the public and private sector, for example in assignments related to traffic, healthcare, construction, energy and the ICT sector.
In addition to counselling, I assist clients in disputes and FCCA investigations. I handle disputes in the Market Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and in other administrative courts as well as in the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. However, I prefer to find practical solutions, even for difficult questions, outside of court proceedings.
I keep myself updated in a rapidly changing regulatory field by writing articles and by lecturing in Finland and in international seminars.
As Head of Sustainability, I am responsible for developing our firm’s sustainability efforts. Corporate responsibility is an important issue to me, and I want to help lawyers make corporate responsibility an integral part of their work.
