Fiona Kiljala

I work as an assistant in Castrén & Snellman’s PEVC team. I started my career at C&S in August 2022 as an assistant trainee, after which I became an evening assistant. Alongside my work, I am currently finishing my studies at the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in the Degree Programme in Business Service Solutions and Languages.

Working at C&S, no two days are the same, which is the essence of this job. You learn an incredible amount of new things from the daily challenges and encounters, which keeps you interested and motivated to develop yourself. Close cooperation with lawyers and other assistants makes the work rewarding. It is great to notice that assistants’ work is highly appreciated at C&S. I also enjoy seeing the result of my work in the everyday hustle and bustle of the office.

As an assistant, I am goal-oriented and solution-focused. I strive to provide lawyers with solutions that make their work easier. I actively take up new challenges and approach my work with a positive attitude.
