Hanna Paalanen

As Conference Services Coordinator, I am responsible for the reception and for ensuring that our conference services run smoothly. I have the privilege to welcome our guests and colleagues to our office. We work hard as a team to provide excellent customer experiences including premium event catering.

I enjoy working in Castrén and Snellman’s fast-paced and motivated environment. My multicultural and diverse work experience in the sales, travel, and customer service industries have shaped me into a confident customer service professional. My aim is to pass on the warm and welcoming feeling that I have experienced here at C&S.
