About me

I advise our domestic and international clients on assignments related to capital markets transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Besides my master’s degree in law, I hold a B.Sc. degree from the Aalto University School of Business, where I majored in finance and minored in accounting. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance at the Aalto University School of Business. I have gained practical experience in various fields during my studies. Alongside my studies, I have worked in several Finnish law firms, two Big Four accounting firms and a Big Three management consulting firm. By combining my skills and knowledge, I aim to find the best solutions for our clients, considering both legal and commercial issues.

My versatile background has prepared me well for the legal profession, where besides legal knowledge, understanding financial information and business is crucial.
