About me

As a part of our Corporate Governance team, I advise our clients on corporate law. I have specialised in corporate governance issues, corporate advisory and equity financing. I advise both Finnish and international companies.

Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, I worked at another Finnish business law firm where I assisted clients in both corporate law matters and mergers and acquisitions. After being able to closely follow companies’ decision making and advise them on corporate law related disputes, I have gained an understanding of how important it is to perceive clients’ needs and goals. That is my aim in my daily work. What I like the most about being a corporate lawyer is getting to be part of interesting projects and to work with professionals from various fields.

I have a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki. I also studied one academic year in the University of Warwick in England. Prior to my graduation, I worked as a summer associate in a law firm in the United States.

I am on secondment at a client company until August 2024.
