About me

I advise our clients in assignments related to mergers and acquisitions. I am very interested in the dynamics behind different kinds of transactions and want to find the best solutions for our clients depending on their end goals, whether it’s scaling, entry into new markets or something completely different.

I focused on transactions, corporate and contract law related subjects during my studies at the University of Helsinki in order to broaden my knowledge in the world of transactions. During my years in law school, I worked in different law firms, a large multinational corporation and a start-up to name a few. Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman I worked as a transactions lawyer in another law firm in Helsinki, where I focused on a large cross-border public tender offer as well as on assignments related to private mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

I enjoy working on versatile mergers and acquisitions and I approach all assignments from a very broad perspective, tailored for each client, in order to identify everything that is important for the client in the transaction at hand and to ensure a seamless process from start to closing. In the global and digitalised world that we live in today, it is very important to assess the risks and possibilities of transactions not only on a micro- but also on a macro-level.

I am fluent in three languages and I have a good understanding of the Nordic markets through my large Nordic network.
