About me
I advise our clients in projects and arrangements related to real estate investments and transactions. I also have extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues.
In addition to working at Castrén & Snellman, I worked for several years as corporate counsel in the field of infrastructure networks, gaining versatile experience in service, subcontracting and project agreements and compliance matters.
In addition to my Master of Law degree from the University of Helsinki, I have studied in Lyon, France at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III.
