About me
I’m an all-round digitalist with more than 15 years of experience in the field. I head our Data & Technology and Outsourcing teams.
In a rapidly changing world, where digitalisation and disruption are everywhere, companies are faced with extensive technology issues, and are renewing their business processes and systems through large-scale transformation projects. Rather than investing in in-house infrastructure, companies are increasingly turning to outsourcing and cloud solutions. Digital transformation projects of all kinds require careful contractual arrangements to ensure security and success, which is my core expertise. My main aspiration is to always be a solution-oriented negotiator and to bring fresh ideas to the table. I am also at home working on ICT- and IP-driven transactions, licencing and e-commerce assignments.
Ever since my childhood, I have been a huge sports fan. This has led to me having worked with national and international sports federations and organisations, top level sports clubs, broadcasting and media companies and sponsors. I am a long-standing member and the vice chairman of the Finnish Sports Arbitration Board.
Apart from day-to-day advisory work, I very much enjoy lecturing and I regularly speak on topics relating to TMT, sports and commercial contracts.
For many years, publications such as Chambers Global and Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal Internet & e-Commerce have ranked me as one of the top attorneys in Finland.
