Riitta Vuorenvirta

I am a recruitment and organisational development specialist, and I work in Castrén & Snellman’s HR team. Together, we promote the wellbeing of C&S employees and ensure there is a competent organisation behind the success stories. I am interested in developing an employee experience that boosts culture, productivity and happiness. My positive and curious attitude helps me in my quest for finding new ways of developing the organisation and building a workplace where everyone can shine.

I have a master’s degree in economic sciences, and before joining Castrén & Snellman I worked as a HR professional in a large international professional organisation for several years. I have extensive experience in HR and working in a versatile role suits me well. Working with inspiring people who are top experts in their field gives me a spark every day and encourages me to do my best in our ambitious team.
