HR Coordinator

As HR Coordinator, my responsibilities include recruiting, student marketing, employer branding and a range of HR duties. I work closely together with young professionals, both internally and externally.

Being the supervisor of our firm’s junior trainees is highly inspiring, and in my day-to-day work I particularly enjoy mentoring our trainees. It is important for me to ensure that our trainees enjoy their internships and get to develop their professional skills from the very beginning of their careers. I am also responsible for our student marketing, which means that a lot of my days are spent planning events for students and trainees and developing our employer brand.

I joined Castrén & Snellman in the summer of 2020 after graduating with a master’s degree in science, economics and business administration. I first worked as an intern in our HR team for just over a year, after which I moved to my current position. Prior to joining Castrén and Snellman, I worked in a recruitment company alongside my studies.
