I specialise in energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy.
My experience covers both transactional and regulatory work. In particular, I advise our clients on electricity market, environmental and land use regulation issues as well as project agreements and acquisition agreements, including renewable energy PPAs.
In addition to an Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki, I hold an LL.M. degree in Energy and Natural Resources Law from the Queen Mary University of London. My LL.M. studies provided me with considerable insight into the different legal and commercial aspects that affect the successful completion of energy projects.
