I am the newest addition to our inspiring and multi-professional Knowledge Management team. I am in charge of the daily operation of our internal information service and its development. I work as a supervisor for our talented and motivated six KM Trainees and one Junior KM Trainee. Recruitment of new KM Trainees alongside our HR team is also one of my key duties.
KM Trainees ensure that the personnel in our firm have the most recent and best possible information in their use when working on their assignments. KM Trainees assist our lawyers in legal information retrieval. Their work consists of researching and retrieving relevant information from various fields of law as well as monitoring legislative reforms and legal practice for our lawyers and clients.
In addition to supervising our KM Trainees, I perform legal information retrieval myself and I enjoy searching for and discovering answers to complex questions. I am also responsible for the acquisition of our external legal databases and I act as the contact person for those. I also take part in the cooperation between law student organisations and our firm. I am an outgoing and a customer-service oriented person. Working together with our inspiring top experts and gifted trainees gives me spark every day.
I started my career at Castrén & Snellman as a KM Trainee, after which I took charge of our information service as a Supervising KM Trainee. Now I am a recently graduated Master of Laws and I continue my work in our information service as a KM Lawyer. Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, I worked for different state authorities during my studies.
