I enjoy working on challenging real estate transactions and real estate development projects with our clients. I have extensive experience of advising both domestic and international clients in complex real estate transactions, including residential portfolio and real estate development projects, as well as joint venture arrangements. Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, I worked for several years at a Swedish law firm in Stockholm, and my international experience means I have specific insight into Nordic cross-border projects and other international real estate projects. A topic that I am especially interested in is the development of the real estate and construction business from a sustainability perspective, including the goal of buildings that are carbon neutral over their entire life span.
In addition to my LL.M. degree from the University of Turku, I have studied at the University of Vienna in Austria and Lund University in Sweden.
