About me

I advise our clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.

During my time at the University of Helsinki, where I focused on company, contract and securities market law, I also worked for several leading business law firms in Finland.

I also study economics at Hanken School of Economics. I am fluent in three languages and thanks to the networks that I developed during my studies, I have a good understanding of the domestic and Nordic markets.
