About me

As part of our M&A team, I advise our clients in assignments related to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to my graduation, I worked as a trainee at Castrén & Snellman and at another law firm. I have also gained valuable experience from the legal department of a major listed company and one of Finland's leading banks.

In addition to my master's degree from the University of Helsinki, I have a postgraduate diploma in International and European Business Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France.
