Associate, Master of Laws, B.Sc. (Econ.)
I specialise in dispute resolution and corporate law. I advise our clients in commercial disputes across a variety of business sectors in both domestic and international arbitration and litigation proceedings.
I have assisted our clients in matters relating, among other things, to the energy sector, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. I have a strong understanding of business, accounting, and bookkeeping, which is an asset in resolving disputes.
In addition to dispute resolution, I advise our clients on corporate law and compliance-related questions. I have extensive experience in sanctions compliance and export control, as well as in internal investigations into allegations of misconduct. I also advise and train on corporate sustainability.
I started my career at Castrén & Snellman as a trainee. Before graduating, I also gained work experience as a trainee at the Ministry of Finance and in the legal department of a major Finnish company.
I have a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki. I have also studied law at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. In addition, I have a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Aalto University, where I studied accounting and business law.
